Shreikers.

Believed to be a mutated Form of Wolf the Shreiker is a Quadrupedal Mammal That Can Grown Up to 12 Feet Tall and 25 Feet From Snout to tail, The Shreiker is Easily identified Not only by its size but by its wiry Grey and white Coat, Three sets of Glowing Fiery Eyes, Six Clawed Feet and razor sharp Fangs. Shreikers were given their name due to their Blood Curdling Howls which strike fear into the Heart of even the hardiest adventurers.

The Species  has shown to have a matriarchal Hierarchy with Females being the larger and more dominant, in this way they are more similar to hyenas of the old world than Wolves. while accounts of Shreiker Attacks have spread across the wasteland the species seem to be  more commonly found in dry and rocky areas such as the scorch or the scar, where they make dens in caves or abandoned Ruins. Shreikers live in small Family groups usually consisting of an alpha Female, no more than 2 males and up to 6 pups.

The male of the species is not only smaller but much less common across the wasteland this is largely due to the species exhibiting sexual cannibalism where the female eats the male after mating, while the exact origins of the Shreikers is unknown many believe them to be a product of genetic splicing between wolves and Arachnids, which could account for the unusual Behavior exhibited by the species as well as the genetic mutations including extra eyes and Claws.
